About Me

Having served as a Police Officer for six years, followed by ten years in the Military, my experience with people from various backgrounds fuelled my passion and understanding of mental health, and the impact poor mental health can have on an entire community.

I am a Level Two Counsellor, registered with the Australian Counselling Association. I use this experience when facilitating programs to ensure relevance and relatability for industry specific groups.

I work closely with Military and Emergency Services personnel to educate and reduce the stigma of mental health in the community. Being a mother of two, with a husband serving in the military, I have been given the opportunity to continue my understanding of the challenges faced by Military members and their families, as well as those who work in unique, high-stress or demanding roles.

Narelle is a Level Two counsellor, accredited with the Australian Counselling Association.
